Question 1 : Is AromaGarden an Indian Company?
Answer : Yes. AromaGarden is a registered private limited Indian company.
Question 2 : How will I know if you have received my order??
Answer : During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from AromaGarden.
Question 3 : Is it safe to use my credit card online at Fabindia.com?
Answer : We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers - PayU.
Question 4 : What if an item is out of stock?
Answer : We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and credit your credit card within two business days of purchase. We will not retain your request for an out of stock product in a back order system.
Question 5 : How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer : We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 5 working days to dispatch your order.

Answer : All AromaGarden orders are shipped door to door,

Answer : We accept all MasterCard, VISA, Amercian Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway).
